Wonderful The only complaint I have is that the hotel policy is to not allow early check-in, including 10 or 15 minutes early (available with a $35 additional charge). So, there were people lined up in a que to check in at 3:00. It seems silly not to allow slightly early check-in to avoid a long line forming. Comfortable, quiet and great location, but they are not quick to fix problems Ice machine didn't work and could not go to another floor to find a working machine because elevator only allows you to go to your floor. Also, Elevator was so crowed at checkout that it was necessary for everyone to take an elevator up to get on one that would eventually go down (stopping at every single floor even though we were full). quiet and comfortable
