Escalator out to go down for show. Had to go down stairs. Being handicapped made it hard for me to get to show.

Hi Sharon - thank you for your feedback! We try to keep our escalators in tip-top shape to get people where they need to be, but sometimes things happen unexpectedly. We do offer 3 different escalators down, so if one is temporally closed, there are two others nearby.
So far it has been great. Two more days here. As for that other guy, shit happens.
It's a beautiful hotel. It was clean and the rooms were nice. We had a great stay here. Finding a parking spot was difficult and we were given a room for 2 upon arriving even though we told them there were 3 of us. This was quickly remedied and the rest of our stay was very nice. The food in the cafe was very good.

Just two hours from the Sacramento area. Ish. Luxe rooms not terribly expensive. Connedted with El Dorado where we have enjoyed many great shows. And wow they give you coupons for extra fun. Nice!
