Needs improvement on better Customer service
Very courteous staff, check in quick and easy. Very clean facility. I’ve always been pleased when I go there. NOTE: My appt. was yesterday, Wednesday April 22,2020 at 8:30 am. There were only two people before me. The facility had tape on the floor for proper Social distancing. Within 15 mins. Or so about 8-10 Patients showed up and only 2 had masks 🎭 on. i had to go in twice for a Ct scan because the first one was not right and the lady that did it was awsome. i loved how she explained what was going and how she put the needle in my arm.
Staff were caring, professional and informative. Took the time to explain everything.

No long waiting periods. Customer service is good but could use a kick start with the patients. i would recommend SimonMed.
First time they gave me a courtesy call to tell me they were running behind so that I could reschedule very courteous of them. Second time everything on time went smooth friendly people great technician
