So overbooked not enough seating in waiting room. Very sick women who had just finished dialysis had to sit on the floor. No Simon Med staff offered to bring her a chair. I stood entire wait until they finally got me in. Had a bone density scan. Guy had me lie down on dirty paper from previous patient. Disgusting. Assembly line mentality with no compassion or personality from any of the staff. This place is a 2 out of 10.

I had to get X-rays and was told it would be 1 hour and 15 minutes before I would be seen. It took over 2 hours.

Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. After 12 days, my films and report STILL have not been released. Their phone center is offshore, which means their data is accessible by “offshore” employees (and the employees when asked lie about this) and they do nothing. I asked one for a phone call from a supervisor, this person assured me I would get a call that day. That was four business days ago. I had orders to go get an MRI a few months ago when I tweaked my back. I tried calling several times and finally got someone to answer the phone only for them to immediately hang up on me… I was trying to get a cost on how much an mri costs. I hurt my back worse and went directly into a SimonnMed location with my orders where they told me I could get it done an hour and a half later. From all the healthcare providers in the Phoenix area I’ve been to, this one is the only one that requires payment ahead of time without notice upfront. The people that are front staff make or break a patients experience, and these two ladies missed the mark completely. Next time my physicians ask for radiology, I will go elsewhere.
Waited over 2 hours! Would have walked out but was never told the wait would be long. This is not the first time I have had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. I will use SMIL in the future.
I had a mammogram. I felt rushed through the process. The gal was pleasant but did not answer a question. The process was different than my last one. No breath holding. I asked about why no response.

I called multiple times, it keeps says no appointment for x-ray and walk-in. Was waiting lobby last an hour 2 X-rays were done. There are many people are waiting. Almost 7 patients were angry on front desk their appointments wrong and the the schedules wrong. It absolutely worst to pick simonmed. They would better job. The front desk women were very rude on patients.
