RecommendedOther than the fact that on Jan 3 the scheduled day of CT scan I got a call 3 hours before my appointment that it need to be rescheduled because there wasn’t an injection Dr. available that day ... Which was fine however it wasn’t fine when they rescheduled my appointment to Jan 13 . My whole lively hood has been about this appointment. I’m in an immobilizer knee boot and cannot drive and haven’t worked .. RecommendedI had a procedure performed by a very capable young man named George. He was kind and explained every part of the procedure. He was friendly yet extremely professional. It was a three hour procedure which, in my opinion went by in now Rhine at all. In my opinion, George is an extremely good fit for his position. All my many experiences with SimonMed have been excellent....this one was extremely excellent. Thanks George. You are very impressive.

RecommendedI had my mammogram today and the staff was very friendly, got in right at my appointment time with no waiting. My mammogram technician Marcella Genel was awesome and very efficient with performing my mammogram. I will definitely be back for any other services needed.
RecommendedI find their staff to be very polite. I feel very comfortable at all the sites I have been to, patient care seems to be the priority.
I dropped off a simple insurance form at SimonMed Imaging that required just one signature. They assured me it would be signed and emailed back promptly. Instead, I was ghosted. No email. No call. Nothing. I’ve followed up multiple times and only ever reached a call center that can’t connect me to the actual office. There is zero accountability and no way to get in touch without physically driving back there—again—a complete waste of time. I cannot find anyone to help me fix the simon med patient portal. It will not allow me to set up an account. I’ve called simon med, asked at the a simon med site without success. The virtual assistant does not allow you to ask questions, there is no IT support for patients. I was unable to do the paperwork, register or check into my appt via the portal because I cannot set up an account.
