Great care ... HORRIBLE billing department. I've been trying to resolve an issue for over a year; got resolved and now they are back harassing me AGAIN even after they admitted they were billing me incorrectly and gave me a refund months ago. I don't understand how they can be in business for 30 years but can't handle simple billing and working with insurance companies. It's beyond frustrating.

SimonMed is a known provided of many necessary services, but their customer service is horrible. I received a text an hour before my appointment saying they were ready to provide my scheduled MRI. When I arrived, about 15 minutes before my appointment even thought I had filled out all their numerous forms and acknowledgements ahead of time. Front desk didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I had to call my insurance and use my cell for two people at the front desk to get cost taken care of. It took about an hour to do this. The manager came out and it was all secretive. One of them kept rolling her eyes like it was my fault. Rude.

Made an appointment for 3pm at Arrowhead location. Waited over an hour and told my order wasn’t uploaded so asked to get from my dr to send again after my dr sent it over twice. They told me to go to 94th and Thunderbird the following week because X-rays only take 5 minutes there and I don’t need an appointment. Got there at 12:45pm, was told the technician was going to lunch so there was a 45 minute wait. Really, only one X-ray technician? I do not recommend using any SimonMed facility based on their billing practices. While the technicians are fabulous, being told I need to write a check because it takes so long for insurance to pay is ridiculous and if I don’t pay at the time of service the tests won’t be performed. Meanwhile I get my EOB and still they won’t cut my $536.89 refund until they receive payment from the insurance company?? Ridiculous!!

They make you wait over an hour and then they loose your x-rays and you have to go back to get them back. Awful service

Very poor customer service! Made a appointment was there 15 min early as ask. Then they told me it would be 1 1/2 hour wait. That’s ridiculous anything after 30 min they should be paying me for my time. I filled out all information on line before appointment. They have my phone number, they could call me and let me know, and change my appointment show up time. This is a poorly managed business! I spoke with Simon Med three times prior to my visit... No one mentioned I the copayment would be required! I asked to be billed. I also offered to give the receptionist the $22 cash in my purse and Bill me the $20 balance and it was such a tremendous BIG DEAL. I was sooo embarrassed. I normally deal with Honor Health. I have the choice to pay or be billed my copayment but they don't refuse treatment of a patient in such excruciating pain! ALSO.. the technician has such horrible body ODOR it was disgusting!
