Terrible experience very painful mammogram and the tech was rude!

I had made an appointment very early this morning for this afternoon. I get to my appointment and was told that since my insurance hadn't approved it yet that they had to reschedule me out several days to Monday. Me being in severe pain for several days already and having to drive myself while in pain to an appointment that I was not able to be seen at could have produced a phone call to said patient regarding the issue. This place is so unorganized and when you’re in pain and need surgery it is very frustrating. It took me 2 whole weeks after my injury to even book an appointment. The hold time is ridiculous and the online scheduling is a joke. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday and later called to confirm and they told me that they aren’t even open on Saturday. RecommendedVery disappointed at simonMed this time. I was 4 minutes late to my appointment due to parking issues and also standing in line to sign in for my appointment. I had filled all the paperwork online before my appointment but when I reached there the lady told me that she did not receive one of the paperwork that I had filled. I was told I could make an appointment or simply walk-in for an X-ray, so I made a 11:20 appointment. I got there 10 minutes early for paperwork, and was told it would be an hour and a half wait because even with an appointment it was first come first served. Huh? Why did they have me make an appointment? I intend to tell my Primary care physician to refer future xrays or tests to some other radiology provider. Very unhappy with SimonMed.
Called their scheduling number and it took the girl a half hour to schedule me an appointment for a CT scan. She said her computer was slow. It was very frustrating. Had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment. When I showed up for the appointment I was told they didn’t have an appointment for me. They said they couldn’t get me in that day.
