The girl upfront forgot To put my chart up so they could call me so I sat there for an hour then I started checking and she still didn’t catch that my chart wasn’t up there someone else had to after my sister and I went up again to check very incompetent this was the Simon med at arrowhead near the hospital. I was waiting to have a neck x-ray after surgery so I still in some pain waiting for over an hour when it took about two minutes once I got in there.

1.5 hour wait time. (Had appointment) Ultrasound tech was pleasant but could not perform doppler well. Being a large woman BP cuffs would not stay on well. Not happy with the experience at all!!!
