I showed up and you couldn’t find order! My wife went there two weeks prior you couldn’t find her orders either. Even though one of your employees works directly with doctors office to schedule appointments. My wife made it clear to make sure order was there was assured it was in system but was not. And was just getting the blame game. My time is valuable and the experience was not professional nor welcoming.

had overbooked all the patients. Some were told to come back in 2 to 3 hours and these people had already driven an hour to get to this facility. I waited two hours and then was told they didn't know if I would get even get my test that day. The staff didn't care. When asked to see a manager they said none of the managers were working and blocked you from seeing anybody above them even the managers manager. Is very important that I had gotten that test because my D-dimer has indicated I could have Micro clots due to covid-19... read more

Very impersonal. It was like a morgue in there The X-ray tech has to ask me why I was there?? Couldn’t understand the X-ray tech and didn’t seem like the staff wanted to be bothered to help anyone. Just another co pay and #

Absolutely the worst experience. Yesterday I went at 11:30 to get X-rays, they said they weren’t doing X-rays until 3:00pm. Since this wouldn’t work, I asked about the next day and they said in the afternoon and as long as you are here before 4:30. Today I arrived at 3:50 and was told sorry were not doing any more X-rays today. I explained what happened yesterday and what I was told about coming today and they said sorry our manager said no more X-rays appointments today. stop overbooking and if someone arrives late or walk-in, they should not be added, they should have to reschedule, especially if more than fives minutes late. i went to two different locations with appointment times and both places were 1 hour and forty five minutes late, a courtesy call fifteen minutes before appt. time i was already there, early not late arrived 9:20p.m. appt.9:45p.m. not seen until 11:15p.m. not employees fault only do what Company tells them to do Company need's to change policies, oh and when appt made ... read more

Had a Mammo yesterday and they’ve done away with dressing rooms with lockers. Had to change in a room, bring my clothes with me, and walk down the hallway with a robe open to the front past offices with men working. Felt like I was on display.

2 hour wait. After one half hour I asked the girls at front desk about how long. Answer was 20 minutes. Another hour and ten minutes before I was called. Everything else was fine.
