This place was awesome,but the last(2) timeI have been there the waiting time is too long and some time they forget you are there. Your assistance didn't know I was there to do my CT scan. I will try one more time..., thinking to find another place.🙄😲

After speaking with 5 different people on the phone and being told I did not need an appointment for an upper GI, and trying to get one on line I go to office in Kissimmee and was told I had to make an appointment. After sitting there for 2 1/2 hours I then was told I had to reschedule as they ran out of the pill they need to give me for the test. Customer service with NO sympathy towards the customer. Unwilling to help, lay back. Will never visit again or recommend it. The supervisor Jason Castillo is not accessible to provide support. After being 2 hours in the location, and I personally trying to find a solution with customer service on the phone, the location told me it was to late, because they turned the machines off. Going to them is the same as buying your own grave.

Had to pay for my procedure even though I told them I had met my out-of-pocket and co-pay for the year. My insurance company has paid them but they have refused to refund my money. Have called 4 times and have been given 4 different excuses. Most recently was assured my bank account would be credited within 24 hours. 3 days later and no refund.

Horrible service. I had an appointment at 4:15 pm and it was 6 and I had been seen yet. I went to ask the technician about what time was I going to be seen. He told me that I would have to wait until 10 pm because there was about 30 patients in front of me and that he couldn’t “waste time talking to me anymore” because he had to continue seeing patients. I went in for an MRI at 3:30 and left at 6:33. so if you're looking to get the coronavirus please head out to simonmed imaging as the lobby was packed with sick coughing patients

Ayer estuve en las oficinas de Kissimmee y la sala estaba llena de personas y para llenar el formulario tuve que salir afuera y parada. Mi cita era a las 4:00 y 4:15, dos procedimientos y salí a las 5:45. Mucha espera, no creo volver Citan demasiadas personas a la vez

En este que fui está muy mal organizado y me hicieron esperar demasiado. Yo he ido a otros SimonMed y a sido lo contrario. Pero este sitio no me gusto para nada

I had appointment at 1.30. I asked at the front desk was there long wait the girl said no. At 2.30 I went to ask what is happening. She said they were backed up with MRI I will be called in 15 minutes. Another 1 hour . After waiting 2 hours I asked for the manager. He got me in. This is not acceptable. They should have told me there’s a long delay. I have been there lots of times but never had this experience. Sitting with the mask isn’t easy.
