The check in process was fine but the wait was well over one hour with no one waiting! Technician was not attentive to my inability to move well on table. No handicapped access ability at door.
After trying for 3 days to book an appointment over the phone and in line, I was finally able to book. I spent a great amount of time on the phone with Staff, giving them all my information twice, then they sent me forms to fill out on line answering the same questions again only to arrive for my appointment and they had NONE of my insurance information on hand and I had to fill it all out again. I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment time as asked and still had to wait well past my appointment time.
RecommendedI had an appointment but they called me to cancel it because they did not have insurance company approval. They kept texting me about my appointment but never responded when I told them they already cancelled it. Now I get this to review them after my appointment but I never went to the appointment because they cancelled it
Normally it is a good experience. Last week I had a mammogram and bone density test scheduled. I arrived 20 minutes before my 3pm appt and waited in line to check in. I finally got checked in at 3:10p. The receptionist was by herself and people were lined up out the door, both appointed and walk ins. To her credit she was buried but still friendly. The first one we were sent to, we waited 45 minutes and they told us they could not do the x-ray for another hour and a half. They sent us to another one and it was done within a half hour.
