Adrignola Apt for MRI. I had an appointment 12, 7/10/24. And again when we got there we were told it would be a hour and half wait. Question, Why the hell do they not call and tell us it would be this long so we could decide to cancel or not? Ans save us a trip in this Phoenix hot weather. And I has already took the pill cause I am claustrophobic. This is very inconsiderate to patriots. Very unprofessional. If this keep up, we will seek another provider. We are very unsatisfied with Simon

Imaging was fine, billing not. My Copay is $10.00 but I was overcharged by $60.80 and Simon Med seems disinclined to give it back. First call-gal apologized, stated refund would be issued in 7 to 10 business days. On 11th day, called and spoke to same gal-this time not so nice (neither was I at this point). Now claims I have to wait another 45-60 days or when they get notice from Cigna to refund me. Never had to pay more than the stated copay anywhere. Questionable business practices.

My appointment was rescheduled and I was never notified . I still received a text that my appointment is pending . Front desk staff was very nice and helpful . I wish I could say the same about the MRI tech - female with huge eye lashes and super augmented lips - my daughter is 17 year old and needs an MRI every 3 month for her brain tumor surveillance . This tech was so rude that my daughter come out crying . She would not let me be present during IV insertion . It was a horrible experience . We usually have male tech there... read more

Worst experience with a medical provider. I tore my achilles tendon in late March of last year. Simonmed canceled my mri 3 weeks in a row due to not getting an auth number from my insurance company. I discovered they were not submitting to company who handles auth since I am an employee of insurance company. They are in network and was inexcusable they didn’t follow protocol. Patient portal was horrible. Kept getting texts to fill out paperwork only to try and have the site say that I didn’t have any upcoming appointments. Same thing on the day of my imaging. Told to sign in, and again same problem. Very long line to register…10 people deep with only one person at the desk to handle check in. I was charged over $800 at the time of my appointment and then subsequently got another bill for an additional $600. After waiting almost 2 hrs had to reschedule. My second appointment I only had to wait an hour for my MRI. The technician was professional but this location needs to do a better job in scheduling appointments. Based on my experience, I would try a different imaging provider.

I had 5pm appointment. Simon asked me to be there at 4:30 I waiting in waiting room till 6:20 then finally called back. Waited another 10 minutes before mri started? No apology No discount A-lot of disrespect for my time Please communicate to your patients.. For crying out loud Have some professionalism

I waited an hour and a half. The receptionist gave an old intake form from a year ago to the MRI tech rather than the one filled out at the appointment. The tech didn’t have my current information.
