I recognize that there are people with appointments that get seen ahead of walk-ins,however there were walk-ins for x-rays that came in after me that were seen ahead of me, I had conversations with them so it's not an assumption that they were only there for x-rays. I was there from 9am until almost 1pm every one that was there when I arrived as well as most who came after me were gone. Not an exaggeration! I went yesterday, found out after waiting 45 mins they didn't have the information they needed to examine me. I went again the next day. I had a scheduled time to go in at 345, I checked in at 3. told them my doctor said they gave them everything & just needed to walk in. they told me they only do walk ins & it would be an hr wait.I found out at 4 that they didn't have anything. I had to drive to my doctors office for the referral form & come back. I wasn't seen till 420pm. waste of time ..go somewhere else for images. Cos... read more
