This company is collecting copay from Devoted customers when Devoted always paid **** in full. The amount varies from customers and in order to get their X-rays done the customers have to be charged a copay before receiving services. In my case they refused to issue a refund on my credit card because my previous insurance company has not paid a claim from 6 months ago. Today was the first time I heard about this. Simon Med is horrible, my appointment was over 2 hours late. They dont care about their customers. If you have any other choice for an X-ray, mri, go to the other place. Never go to Simon Med
They do no even deserve one star. My husband needed a prostate MRI which requires a special machine. They have sent us to 6 locations in the Phoenix area in 2 days and when we get to the locations were told they dont have the machine
Worst outsourcing for scheduling. Had appt , then had to go to another facility! The schedulers have no idea what they are doing. Im still getting text messages today from Simon med about a scheduled appt! I already had it yesterday! Awful company!
I have had three MIR at the ****************************** location. The first two, no issues except very over crowded on the second visit and the mask mandate was not reinforced. On my third visit, they placed me in an open *** which I never have. Extremely loud. Ear plugs were unless. I received a copy of my report during my neurology visit. The WORST customer service and medical ********************** company.They outsource the customer support offshore. I just spent over an hour on the phone and got nowhere. The people answering the phone don't know what to do. They say they will transfer to someone who can help and they hang up on you The last time we got an *** with contrast the tech poked about 20 times and could not get the needle in. Minus 1 On 5/13/22 I had a two week previously set apt for 12:50 pm. I got there place was over crowded, some not wearing masks. I waited for about 10 minutes as I was ordered to have 4 CT'S. THE WOMAN ASKS ME TO GO TO THE ******* SHE asks my name BDay and I told her I had to use the restroom. I also asked if she my ID. She said no. I have been to a different location at a different time so I thought she has all my data. I have an urgent lung CT that's been cancelled 3 times. I went online and did a half hour's worth of entering infor for them. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. I had Covid so now on limited income, budgeted for my $100 copay. Got to the desk- they want $250. After discussion, then their billing people SETTLED on $152????? Inappropriately exposed during visit. Note curtains Inappropriately exposed during visit. Note curtains in changing room where women and men change in the same room while exposed to public. What was even worse, there are also ZERO window coverings in the *** room so you are completely exposed to the public walking by during a breast exam.
