I was charged 365 for an MRI. I went in three months later and had the exact same imaging done again but was charged ****** before the procedure and then was charged an additional 24 and some change the following month. An extra 326+ for the exact same thing. Not a very competent staff. Makes me wonder about the competence of the rest of the staff.

On Oct 19 2023 received service and was told to pay 200 dollars. No insurance was ran and they said I never received service for this date. Set up a payment plan there and they keep taking money out. No bill no records just keep taking money out. Was told in 10 business days they would have answers. Called back today ans they said it will be up to 30 to 45 days. They want stop payments and just keep taking money out. Going to have to call the bank to stop all payments. Please help anyone. This is the second time this has hap... read more

DON'T GET YOUR SEVEICES DONE WITH SIMONMED! ***************** is located in a *********** Country and you will NOT get answers, help or billing information that is accurate.. I have been calling for 6 weeks to receive a refund of over $1000.00 , I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told a supervisor would call me back in 1/2 hour, when no call came I called again, this time everyone was on break for over an hour. The next excuse was they could not find my account. I Finally had to dispute the transaction thru my bank.

Major issues with billing practices over multiple months and still not resolved. Now they want to turn me into a collection agency even though it took them a year to FINALLY bill my insurance correctly and they are claiming I still owe full amounts!

I had an x-ray 4/19/23 at ***** ** *****. It is now December 2023 and Simonmed just sent me a bill for my co-pay for $40. The co-pay was paid the day I had the x-ray! You have to pay the copay to get the x-ray. Took months for them to send the correct information to ********** so they could collect. Meanwhile they sent me bill after bill for $198. They are impossible to deal with on the phone. I think this company is just scamming people. Now almost a year later they are sending me a bill for the copay that I already paid on... read more

I dont understand why you make an appointment to this place. My husbands MRI appointment was at 11:45, we got there before 11:30 because they asked us to do so. After one hour and half waiting, we were told that the technician was double booked. This is not the patients fault. They should have ************ and call their scheduled patients before they show up. This place is the *** in ***********. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous.

This company owes me $1000 for a treatment that was done back in August. It is now December. They overcharged me $1000 because they did not verify my insurance prior to my arrival for my appointment. They gave me the option to overpay or cancel my appointment. This was a necessary PET Scan that I took off work for. Now they are saying my insurance payment has not posted to my account yet, even though it was sent in September. Awful business practice. SimonMed has absolutely terrible billing business practices. I paid for my service in full on the date of service and they have billed me all year for $100. Every time I call they confirm I owe no money and to disregard the bill. Then one month later I do the same all over again, and this has been over 9 times. I have spent over 15 hours of my time trying to resolve their billing error between calling them, conference calling them with my insurance company and waiting on hold. This is now at the point where it is harassment.

While there for an MRI, SimonMed didn't offer any ear PPE to wear during my study. I have since experienced hearing loss in my left ear and terrible tinnitus since the appointment. I have reached out to SimonMed with no apology or reply in regards to this blatant disregard for patient safety.
