I have made ******* in payments between 2 visits to simonmed for xrays because They said I would have been refused service otherwise. They still have not even filed a claim for these services with my cigna insurance. I have called several times, and once a cigna representative talked to them while i waited on hold. It has been approximately 8 months since this all started.

I have been waiting for my refund of over ***** from Simon Medical since Feb 2024 they just give methe round around. They are double billing.

Back in July of 2022, Simon med said per my insurance I owe 207$ and some change. I agreed to pay unfortunately, I then asked my mom how much HER MRI was. She stated insurance covers our MRIs and I shouldnt have paid anything! This is not the first time they have said per our insurance we owe money.. I suggest never going to them, how many people dont look into it and just take their word for it? They are stealing peoples money.

For three agonizing months, I've been pleading for my medical records. Each call leads to a robotic extension, robotically directing me to their website, then abruptly hangs up. Faxes and emails vanish into the void. Even my doctor's ******* armed with my signed request and a follow-up call, was met with denialthey claimed I wasn't even a patient! The sheer incompetence on display is mind-boggling. I'm relieved to sever ties with this abysmally subpar medical establishment.

The company and people are worthless. I asked for a detailed receipt with billing code. They are unwilling to provide a billing code when you talk to someone in *****.

I have not received my $418 refund from my service in October and it's now April. They told me that my insurance did not cover my procedure so I paid for it in full. Then when I called to get an itemized receipt, they said that my insurance covered my procedure that that I would get a refund on my card that I paid with. That did not happen by the end of December so I called back. They said they would mail me a check. First of all, it is not possible to reach this place on the phone to ask a question. All calls go to a call center where the people are not able to answer a question. They can only make appointments. I went to their facility on Flamingo in *********. I had an invasive procedure done. There is no doctor on the premises. I am a younger male without hypertension issues and had a heart test for other reasons. The front ladies asked for me to pay $619 for my visit but without any explanation of costs nor breakdown nor what insurance would cover, even after they had my insurance info for days. During my preparation for a breast biopsy, the doctor's assistant, ****, asked me to sign a treatment document that included a breast clip marker alongside the biopsy.
