I had 7 x-rays taken and signed the necessary document to have the report sent to my house.Days after I received a call to schedule an appointment to have my x-rays taken. I explained to the staff that the imaging was completed and I didnt want any more calls or text sent to me.The response I received was do you want me to cancel the x-rays. They are incompetent and they use poor English speakers from ***** to answer phones. They NEVER do the Pre-Certifications required but lie to you and say they did, then they charge you up front and then bill with insurance and let the patient pay extra due to lack of pre-certification. When you try to talk to someone about the issue they are rude and do not help at all, they just direct you to call your insurance instead. This incompetent organization is not worth one star. Two weeks ago was my husbands appointment for a brain *** - we walked in and were immediately told they cant do it here and we have to reschedule at another location where they can do the scans they want. I asked why didnt the scheduler let me know which location is the correct location? Oh were sorry was their only explanation. Horrible company! This is the second time they are billing as tho I see an MD which includes a ***** copay! I seen no MD! Only a radiology tech! Had 3 lumbar X-rays! ************ girl told me I owed $16 which was correct thats 20% of my x-rays. Nope when they billed my insurance they coded it as though I seen an MD! don't know where to start, but here goes, my orthopedic doc sent over a request for x-rays, on 5/2 I called to schedule an appointment, was told that you can walk in for x-rays, so i went to a location in ******** AZ, only to be told they only do MRI'S, they said Glendale AZ could do them, so I drove to ******** Thunderbird location, said x-ray tech was part time and that they could not do them, so they said Buckeye location could, I said are you sure, she answered yes, that she worked at that location previously, so I go to... read more

I had X-Rays at this facility six days ago and still am unable to get results. I was told the radiologist has not looked at my x-ray. Going to this facility was a big mistake. My condition is worsening, but I still do not have an answer for my symptoms. Im

First of all if they have zero star, I will give them zero They have the worst customer service ever they are so rude and unprofessional Schedule me with one location 40 minutes away and when I get there, Ill be told oh you are in the wrong location Do you have to reschedule your appointment so I wasted my day plus I lost a day with work because of them this is bull c***

I would never go back to SimonMed Imaging. I think the billing department is a scam. The day of my service 2/17 I put down $103 and had automatic payments every month of $70. Well in between those payments I was making additional payments to get it paid off faster. I received an email on April 1 with my remaining balance of $233.58. So then I made a payment of $122 on April 2, $50 on April 8 and $61.58 on April 15 which paid of my balance. On April 15 I saw I payment of $70.90 on my card.
