I have never dealt with a medical company so unprofessional and unorganized in my entire life. They over charge me, then wont give me a detailed statement for my FSA. (This has happened twice). Last year i had to pay out of my pocket due to their incompetence and lackadaisical attitude towards their patience. If there were any other company i could go to i would. Beyond frustrated with Simon Imaging!!!!! Then they leave you on ignore when you ask for a supervisor.
Very professional. Almost no wait time when you have an appointment. I will always recommend SimonMed.

First appt got there got signed up no tech had to reschedule to the next morning 6 AM. Got there got checked in. No tech available. Scheduled another location same day went home. Got a call back to the old location. Tech showed up got there I had to do some paperwork over again they lost. The other receptionist was very rude and disrespectful to an old disabled veteran like myself. In 30 minutes I saw three people come in. They took off work and they could not see them either.

I absolutely love the techs & the doctors, but who ever setup their front office methods and apparatuses needs to be fired! There is ZERO chance of reaching the actual office, even their own switchboard and schedulers can’t reach them. Also, there’s no system in place to verify the doctor’s medication order will be onsite when you arrive for treatment. I’m sure front office workers are doing the best with the crap they’ve been given to work with, but administration is completely inept !

Awful service. My husband had an mri scheduled - Simon med called us to schedule...5 text reminders, fill in the info on portal which showed the procedure, phone call reminder....show up and they say they don't have the order....WTF. YOU called us, YOUR portal clearly shows the procedure to be done, YOUR texts say the procedure to be done...but you don't have the order... NEVER again. Banner imaging you got all our business!

I had an appointment with Simon Med through the VA. Simon Med said I had an appointment, but they had no accounting information from the VA in order to charge them for my procedure. I showed up on time for no reason and returned home with no procedure. I contacted the VA’s Community Care contact person who had made the appointment and who had provided Simon Med with the information they needed. I had a terrible experience! I waited an hour to get in for an MRI and when the tech started he was telling me it was his first day and no one had trained him and he wasn’t happy about that. When it came time for him to inject the dye solution into my arm he tried twice on my right arm then tried my left arm and poked me again and said he couldn’t find a vein so he stopped the exam incomplete. had appointment for a mammogram and a dexa scan. Called and made the appointment for 11:45. Got there early mammogram went great. Seems the dexa was scheduled at a different location so I had to wait another HOUR for an appointment. Didn’t see that when YOU made the appointment??? You send me fifteen texts and emails and can get the locations correct!!! Not happy!!! I need to apologize to the tech for the dexa scan. he had to hear my dismay.
