This was the second bad experience I had with this Simon Med. They misplaced my order. Then called the dr. But called the wrong dr. Finally got the order from the right dr. But made me wait almost 3 hrs for my MRI. They just couldn’t get anything right . I was so stressed out by the time I had my MRI that I cried. The receptionists didn’t seem to care at all. I will never ever go back there again. Very poorly run place.

receptionist at the Sun City front desk is rude and argumentative and tried to collect over double my copay! I had to call my insurance company myself. very poor customer service. will use Banner next time

SimonMed calls and make an appointment for X-rays then when you get there they say we don’t make appointments for X-rays. Receptionist was extremely rude more interested in her phone than helping patients. Not a good experience. I have used SimonMed for over 17 years this was my first bad experience. However one is all it takes for me not to go back.

Every time I have an appointment, I get there early and I’m told they are OVER an hour behind, like an or two after opening! The girls at the front desk are just blah! Dressed not professionally, bad attitudes, not helpful! Try changing your appointment protocols or hire more people. You’re ridiculously behind, every time I go there! You need better ways to handle it!!!

The technician was over 3 hours behind schedule at 10 am. I never received a call from the office that they were so far behind schedule. What is the point of making an appointment?

I took a pretty hard fall last Sunday and while feeding livestock. Husband was in the hospital. I needed to know if it was broken or not. went in Monday and had it xrayed. As of Friday my doctor didn't have any results. Radiologist hadn't even read the xrays yet which means no results until next week. NOT ACCEPTABLE IF IT IS BROKEN. NOT HAPPY.

Had an X-ray done on 7/29 and it’s 8/8 and still no results and no one has a clue what is going on. Here to pick up report in person and was told “they are a little behind”. 10 days and still don’t know if I have a fracture is completely unacceptable.

Waited 2 hours for.a MRI. Understood later it was due to an employee having to leave and waiting for replacement. However it would have been nice to be told this while I was waiting
