Over 1 hr wait in Sun City under staff . People who had had appointments were taken right away. I also had an appointment. Wht gives? I was still waiting.
The front desk is extremely unfriendly. I was only 5 minutes late and the front desk lady said I was 10. I looked at my phone clock and the clock behind her and her clock was wrong. She said sorry but not sure if they can take me. Not very nice and don’t recommend them.

I was supposed to have an Brain MRI and after tried there three times. I requested my Dr. Send orders anywhere else! I had to reschedule the first time because I was not told to bring my internal electronic spine stimulator. It was rescheduled for the following Saturday I got there and staff said she tried to call me (no missed calls). She said they couldn’t do with contrast on Saturday. Sun City West office is unorganized, overcrowded, not patient oriented at all. Machines go down, patients aren’t informed. Obviously they aren’t feeling well are made to commute there and told their exam can’t be done. Wait times for a general X-ray can be and usually is 2 hours. I worked in radiology for 20 years. If I had run my office like this, I would have been fired.

Showed up for my appointment early. After waiting in line to check in for 30 minutes was told I would need to come back later at 1:30. When I came back was told I would need to reschedule for another day. So I did. When I came in for the new appointment I was given a bunch of paperwork to fill out. This could have been done the first time I came in. When I finally got in the techs were very cranky and rude. This was an awful experience and I won’t be back unless I don’t have a choice.

Called and made appointment for X-ray with main office. Showed up for 9:30 appt and was told walk ins only for that service. The wait will be 1 1/2 hours. I waited in the room then. I had my X-ray around 11 am. The staff are professional but it takes longer to check in or help someone get rescheduled than for most places.

Out dated, not enough staff, computer systems outdated. Request that I bring my referral with me because it can take several days to get to them. I’m 71 and have never heard of carrying a prescription to an appointment. CT machine was old, etc

That particular place is terrible!!!! The girl who works there gives no attention to the public. People are all complaining because they’ve waited anywhere from one to two hours. When I went in I stood at the desk for about 10 minutes before she recognized me and only did because I spoke to her and ask her to stop what she was doing. She said she would call me up later.
