Totally screwed up appointment time. Had to leave and come back after showing the receptionist my confirmed times!! Everybody friendly but the system overall is a mess.
Made appt online. Checked in via cell phone as requested when I arrived. Went into office waited 20mi a for someone to acknowledge me. Mind you I was there 15mins early as requested. Ended up waiting 1hr past my appointment. The technician was great, but the office staff unbelievably rude and could care less. Too busy talking to attend to the patients. Will not ever go back.
I went at 10 Am for a simple XRs. I was waiting for 4 hours . I leave the place at 2:15 pm without food and with a terrible caught. It is unbelievable! Many people came after me and they had preference . Please ! This company need more organization, more personal to bring better service . The diagnostic was faster then I expected , I appreciate it .
Had a 2:00 appt and arrived 20 minutes early since check-in took 15 minutes. Did not get called until after 3:00. The whole procedure took 7 minutes. What a waste of time!
The staff are very rude. I waited over 1 and 1/2 hours. They r understaffed and could care less about the people!

With an appointment I waited 1 1/2hours. I was continually told that I’ll be next. In actuality my chart was never pulled. Extremely slow and proper precautions were not taken.

I had to wait 2 hours for my appointment yesterday and that was not the first time that has happened. Obviously the staff was overbooked because when I lfinally left after such a wait the teck said he still had 9 more patients yet to do and the wait room was full to the brim. Next time I will choose Banner imaging!

After going to Simon Med in surprise they told me They didn’t have someone to do my third trimester ultrasound so they hav to reschedule me to Sun city west location, so upon already being frustrated of driving to now my third location to get an ultrasound I was irritated but so excited to see my baby.
