SimonMed staff are incompetent- inefficient, mostly polite, but inept and have no clue what they are doing. On one occasion in Peoria, a STAT report took FIVE days. The radiologist said she was working on it but instead went home. My proce- sure had to be postponed. They are NEVER on time. The CT tech is abrupt and treats you like an object not a person in SCW. First Appt was scheduled at noon on the 19th. I filled out all of my insurance details and private information through their portal that they send you when you schedule in order to limit your wait time to be seen. Showed up to my appt at 1145 as directed by the schedular, to be told. Oh you didn't get a call from us? We had to cancel your appt because we did not get approval from your insurance yet for the MRI. I let the girl know that I have my authorization form from Aetna. The tech doing my CT was curt and unfriendly. They were 45 minutes late for my appt. Told me I couldn't take my diabetes medicine for 2 days after test; had me in tears. He was wrong! Front desk staff were polite.

My paper work & appointment was for 2:00 yet they changed my appointment to 3:00 without my knowledge & expected me to wait which I did not. This is not my first bad experience

This is the most incompetent practice I have ever dealt with and I will NEVER use them again. I have notified all of my doctors from primary care to neurologist that I am never to be referred to them again. They do not notify you of information that they need to conduct a routine MRA, until you have waited an hour past your appointment, and then proceed to tell you they need specific information in order to protect your health! After my orders were miss read and I showed up for a open MRI I was informed I couldn’t get contrast with it. I was rescheduled and wasn’t informed it wasn’t at the same office. I then had to travel to the other side of town and finally got the correct MRI. The counter people were very courteous but it didn’t help my anxiety.

Do not recommend Simon Med in Sun City West, Az wait time was 3 hours beyond your appointment time. A lot of very unhappy people some left, some fell asleep. NOT the place to go NOT...

The tech for the CT explains nothing was less than helpful to an older person getting on a table with an injury. It wouldn't hurt him to smile or see a kind word. The knee x-ray personnel was quite friendly and very helpful and gave a full explanation of what she was doing

No appointments for x-rays. The website shows they are open on Saturday but they don’t mention that doesn’t include x-rays. So I went back in on Tuesday and walked in at 8:10, knowing they start x-rays at 8:30. At 9:00 I asked how much longer was the wait, they checked the pending files and realized they hadn’t placed mine in the queue.
