They do not allow appointments for X-ray services, walk ins only. I sat in there yesterday for 2 full hours after being told my wait would be approximately 45 minutes to an hour. Other people who arrived AFTER I did for other services were taken back while I was still waiting. I was told by the woman at the desk that the x-rays are done BETWEEN other services. Went in around 10:00 AM was told 45 minute wait, waiting room was full. I was told to come back between 4:00 and 5:00 wait would be much less. I came back at 4:00 PM one person ahead of me, had to wait 40 minutes.

Upon registering, I was told it would be 45 minute wait for my x-Ray. One and half hours, I checked again, only 2 people ahead of me, I was told. At 2 hours, I spoke to a different receptionist and told what I had been told and my arrival time. Upon checking She came back and said that the technician has been pulling the charts in the wrong order. I question their system and how this could happen when I had already been to the desk twice. Front desk gal ignored me for a VERY long time. The line just kept getting longer and longer. It certainly was not efficiently run. I had a procedure at the Banner Imaging office just down to he road last week and it was easy, fast, & professional. The tech was wonderful, professional and accommodating. But getting to him was not great!

Office staff was unorganized and rude. Appointments were made 3 weeks in advance and I was late getting in to my screenings and was not informed of a copay that’s would be due until I signed in.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE A JOKE! SimonMed Imaging is horrible! I called them to schedule an appointment and was told they would call me back when they received the doctor's order. About 2 months later they finally called. So they received the order from my Doctor, finally called me and scheduled an appointment. I showed up the day of the appointment, checked in, then sat in the lobby for almost 3 hours.
