Incompetent people that should not be handling any sort of rental properties. Along with myself, I've met many others after moving in that have rented with them in both my own building and others around WNY and have dealt with similar issues with the company. They don't care about anything the tenants have to say unless it has to do with money & the woman that is in charge of tenant's rent should be fired--not only has she lost my own rent twice now that I have sent in, but I've talked with multiple other tenants that have h... read more
