Just got a fuel shut off notice from National fuel, when Sinatra is supposed to be responsible for the bill.....

I would not recommend anyone to rent from Sinatra. I was living in a complex for about 3 years that was owned by an individual owner. They kept the apartments clean, landscape beautiful, and parking lot plowed within hours of snow falling. Then Sinatra took over the complex. From there it went down hill. They didn’t respond to maintenance requests. The basement was flooding, I wasn’t able to get to my mailbox,laundry, or storage unit. When I called to let them know they gave me attitude and told me they don’t know what to do... read more

Absolutely won't recommend Sinatra and Company to anyone. They sold the apartment house I live in . During the time they owned it they failed to address problems with the porch that i told them about. The exterior of the house needed attention but they could've cared less.

Pay more attention to the HISTORY and ARCHITECTURE of a building before tearing it down, you arrogant, greedy pigs!

The worst experience ever. I rented a small retail space in their 'flagship' building, the Market Arcade from 2016-early 2018 and where do I even begin? Let's start with how the building was open till 8pm and the one security guard, would turn the lights out when he arrived just after 5pm (during the winter when it gets dark outside at 5pm) the building was in the dark and it looked closed from Main Street. Absolutely would NOT recommend to anyone. First of all, they switch property managers without even contacting their tenants. Meaning any type of contact gets ignored by them due to lack of communication. Secondly, there maintenance crew is as RUDE as can be, not to mention they would plow us in our parking spots during the winter. What sense does that make? I moved from the apartments located in Oakridge Dr West Seneca and handed over the keys on October 31. The indications were that from that date it would take 45 to 60 days to get my security deposit refund and until the day of 82 days have passed today and I still don't have answers because they never answer the phone
