This is the worst company I have ever dealt with ever. In December of last year we were denied heat. Our thermostat was broken and I had Maintence come out three times. They refused to replace it even though it was clearly not working. I finally had to inform the landlord (Lynn) that we would not be paying our rent until it's fixed. Magically when I returned home from work we had a brand new thermostat and our apartment was warm. Ive never ever once worked for a company who did not care about their employees as much as Sinatra & Company does. If your an extremely hard working worker, go above and beyond for people, stay late voluntarily to get things done that other people messed us, if your great at what you do. Don't ever work for these people. Ive never been so f***** over by an employee in all my 9 years of working. They made sure I had absoutley nothing. So maybe social media is the place for some outreach where do I start.. I live at 6367 Robinson Rd.. tom is an absolute hack is there is a ghetto way of fixing something trust me he will do it that way.. our toilet has leaked since day one the bathroom floor is starting to float since it's not designed for a wet environment. My dishwasher has been broken for months. The hot water closet has mold.. one time our ceiling came crashing down and almost took them a month to fix it. This has been the absolute worse experience I've ever had! I currently have a lease at 6367 robinson rd. When we looked at the apartment early September we were told it needed some fixing but it would be "move in ready" by October 1st. 3 WEEKS LATER that unfortunately wasn't the case. We received our keys and I went to check out the apartment to my surprise I had no screens in the windows, the bathroom door wouldn't close fully, the knob on the stove was broke, there's still duct tape over holes in the shower where previous ... read more

I've been renting apartments for 16 years, and this is the absolute worst landlord I've ever had. The building almost never gets cleaned, and good luck getting them to come out and fix something. I've barely had any hot water pressure for weeks, and they barely respond to my calls/emails for help, much less fix the actual problem. Disgraceful, considering how much money and property they have.

I wish I could put a 0 instead of one star, what a HORRIBLE place ! Do not rent an appartment for this company,Im a tenant currently living in 195 mead street north tonawanda for almost a year now ...firstable you gotta deal with horrible neighbors that smoke weed all day and as well get ready to get mold in summer as well to distroy your furniture etc, I email all my complanings And they told me to put a fan on or get a humidifier? I really wish I could give them a 0 rating. My boyfriend & I are from Maryland. His company M&T Bank flew us out to Buffalo to find an apartment in 3 days since we will be relocating there for his job. We already had a realtor from another company (who was awesome), but she was taking us around to places, which is how we ended up being involved with this company. Not really good business practice to delete past reviews... This company may be good for commercial real estate, but they are absolutely terrible for residential. We have a handicapped woman at our complex who doesn't have a handicapped space (pretty sure that's illegal) And our property manager can never be reached unless you repeatedly call her phone. E-mails are futile, wasting money to send a certified letter, with return receipt is useless. Absolute laziness and disregard to customer service. They need to train their s... read more

I lived in a Sinatra property for 2 years. I had black mold and leaking walls. It was next to impossible to get in touch with anyone. I had to move out for 2 weeks because of BLACK MOLD and they still made me pay half of my rent. They came into my apartment without permission and were basically unresponsive. I had to write a letter to Nick Sinatra in order to get anything taken care of. Now, I haven't lived there for months and am still having to deal with them concerning some billing issues.
