This man turned of the power to a disabled family in one of his properties on Thanksgiving day. That should speak volumes in itself.

The building I lived in on Elmwood Avenue was bought out by Sinatra in the last year of my lease there. My lease was set to expire in December, but I was attempting to immigrate and my application was approved early. I attempted to contact the office 60 days ahead of schedule to tell them I was moving. I called several times over the course of two weeks. I left messages every single time and they were never returned. I finally sent a letter stating I was moving early along with a rent check. Was sold an apparently move in ready home in May 2016 we were told it would be move in ready by April 1st,it wasn't and it is now mid November and the list of problems that have come up is ever growing everything from unsafe gas lines to needing to be jacked up, leaks in the roof that flow through light bulb sockets, excessive water leaks and most recently electrical fires underneath and more. It started off great because I had a positive experience signing the lease for my apartment. I finalized everything from out of state and my property manager was very flexible and responsive. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the same level of service upon ending my lease. Unsatisfied tenant once again. On the third try, our sink was partially fixed, but now we don't have a plug stopper in it, and garbage was left all over. Oh, and our window is still broke!
