Their property on Center Rd. & Oakridge Dr. in West Seneca is a total mess. Sign falling down, laying on landscape. The landscape hasn’t been touched in all of 2019. This company should NOT be allowed any new properties in Erie County. Their bid for the Boulevard Mall should be flushed down the toilet. They are terrible property custodians!!

Absolutely do NOT recommend leasing through this company. My roommate and I have been dealing with a squirrel living in our upstairs bedroom wall (room above kitchen), and the squirrel managed to chew through the kitchen ceiling. There are marks on the wall from where it climbs up the cabinets/door frame to get back inside the hole when it decides to wander around our kitchen. Horrible landlords, refuse to take phone calls or fix things on property. Garbage area is a colossal disaster right now, has remained untouched for weeks.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this company! Property manager lies and is unprofessional and it’s like impossible to get in contact with anyone in upper management!! Extremely unhappy and will be contacting a lawyer very soon if I am not contacted back.

I lived on north tonawanda for almost a year ..firstable you gotta deal with horrible neighbors that smoke weed all day and as well get ready to get mold in summer as well to distroy your furniture etc, I email all my complanings And they told me to put a fan on or get a humidifier? If I could give zero stars I would. I am a very level headed and calm person but they are by far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. If you need anything done they send a maintenance worker who calls on a restricted number in the middle of the day so you can’t answer and never actually comes. Then when you’ve had enough and leave they make you jump through hoops to get part of your security deposit back. It’s sad that I live in an apartment complex that is supposed to be plowed and clearly that hasn’t happened multiple times. I’ve had to plow the lot multiple occasions. This weekend was the worst. The plow guy still has yet to come and now I just slipped on ice right outside of the door. Great company... not. Hire real workers and get better maintenance that actually fixes stuff.
