the elebador not worked and was on the floor 27 we climbed to 34 down by the stairs and we went out to the Street, hope as 30 minutes to reach a persono and nothing bad service

Starting a show 30 minutes before the time on every ticket is obnoxious, furthermore, having no solution to rectify the problem is disappointing. You would think a casino of such magnitudes would offer some solution to customer dissatisfaction. That was not the case here. Don't go to any show here, you will likely be misinformed, then turned away.
Second rate hotel and casino. The buffet was pathetic. Staff was very indifferent and unmotivated. Would have been better off going home and taking a trip to Louisiana casinos.
The room was nice. But being on the 10th floor through the air vents I could hear the elevators going up and down. The bed were uncomfortable due to the fact that they did not use mattress covers. The only way I was able to sleep properly was that there was two beds in the room, I could sleep on top of the other one with using the other bed covers from the other one. Not impressed at all. The 15 th floor room we were first put in had an old or some kind of smoke musty smell. The change out room appeared better, but the bathroom light was out so I had to call to have it fixed. The little alarm clock was making some weird noice like the speaker was on and it made some electrical sound. As we were looking at the in room folder to read about the hotel and stuff pages were falling out. Although I enjoyed being with my 82yr old father this hotel's lack of customer service will Keep me far away in the future. On my way back to my room early 7/23 I stepped out of the elevator and stepped on human fecal matter. I was wearing flip flops and as you can imagine stepping on human poop (adult size) was the most disgusting thing I have ever encountered in a hotel. I just pray that the disgusting person who did this does not have any diseases. After washing my feet about 50 times I called the front desk to tell them ... read more
