The place is getting run down. The room would not cool down which made it hard to sleep. Towels were rough as sand paper. Something in that room had my allergies and my wife's going at it. I'm thinking its the dirt and dust in and under things as another reviewer stated. Gambling wise? I've never lost so much so fast at SL. FYI, El Dorado purchased SL and Circus Circus and plans $51,000,000.00 in renovations to the three casinos. Saying that, slots are extremely tight. I suppose everyone has their "go to" place, the Silver Legacy has always been mine. My only complaint was my lack of room reservations. I had reserved a premium room with a King bed. Upon my arrival none were available in non- smoking. Very disappointing.
Had a really nice suite security came my girlfriend was naked they touched her and Violated her , this is terrible this should not happen they kick us out of our room I had a beautiful suite but not no more
AT check In the young lady (Dinorah) was very courteous and patient answering all my questions about the different room options, she was great, but I do have to complain about this food cart (rm service) that was left from the rm next door, it was out there all day long, it was pretty gross. The next day as we're cleaning up to go we see so much dust build up under the bed, so gross! No wonder I woke up congested! Even my husband couldn't sleep kept sneezing all night! Thumbs up for casino but thumbs down for the rooms. Probably won't stay there again...
For some reason. I thought the experience there would of been better.. slow service, no pay outs .
I will never stay here again.. the people were rude and the customer service was so bad. I have never stayed anywhere that said we can check in at 10:00 then it went to noon then at 3:00 then at 3:30.. rooms not even clean they were dirty.
