Dishonest bartender added tip amount to my bill after I left. I called the manager to report it and she asked me what I wanted to do ???????????
Room was nice and service in the cafe and front desk was good. Pool and hot tub was terrible. The blazing sun blasts down and there is no shade. No umbrellas! The three cabanas which are actually just beds with curtains are inadequate.
weak a/c in 100 degree weather...mediocre food. they make it clear if there's an issue they don't care.
Room was the worst. Way over paid then come to find out the next week that same room was being offered for over $100 less. House cleaners woke me up in hallway at 6am. Sent an email to customer service and am still waiting for a response months later now. Two thumbs down for sure. Would rather stay in a best western lol
Our first Room was disgusting and our tv has been out for 6 hours and still not fixed
Woke up to a bad case of bed bugs....This hotel has a problem . We were not the only ones!

It was an awesome visit. Only thing that sucked, is my daughter lost her, white, zero, the dog, stuffed animal there : (
