My New Husband and I stayed here on a Wednesday night to Thursday departure for a quick honeymoon trip. We have stayed before, however, this time we upgraded to a Suite with Tub and king size bed. Nice Room, but it was not ready when we arrived @ 2:15, so we waited till 2:45 and then it was all good. Disappointed that I called to use my comps only to be told they couldn't be used for memorial weekend and come to found out friends of mine got their full 4 nights comped same weekend and it's not like they go all the time....once per year.

Very disappointed! I usually stay here and always get a spa suite. This trip the sink was broke and the ac didn't work hardly at all. I went to front desk to tell them and the lady was super rude and wouldn't let me schedule a time for them to come to the room to fix it and said if I put in a ticket they have to go up right away. When they did come up I understood why it wasn't working. The filter looked like it hadn't been changed in decades. Grossed me out. Only nice part was the food and they did let me check in early.

Now the bread baskets cost $2. I ordered a cup of clam chowder and a go big shrimp cocktail and a soda. Spending $10 and was told bread is only available with entrees. But I could purchase it for $2. The waitress says "oh it was costing us $3,000 a month to provide bread ". REALLY?? Guess what ? One person can drop $3,000 into your casino in an hour. Won't be coming back and this WAS one if my favorite places.

My family and I stay here for a week once a year. With me being in customer service, I expect the best. This year at the Legacy, we have received by far, the worst customer service. We were greeted rudely at the front desk upon check in but brushed it off to enjoy our stay. We approached the front desk 2 days later to ask for 2 coupon books. The associate looked us up by our room number and told us we were not in those rooms. We requested a supervisor who told us we were not in those rooms. The suite was a down grade from what we had booked. When we complained about this we were moved the next day as none were available our first night. The room they moved us to was exactly the same as our first suite except we were unable to use the shower due to the black mold. DO NOT STAY HERE...

went this weekend.... what a joke ! Don't have time yet to write a yelp review or google nut It's coming. First - requested joining rooms, booked months in advance, waited for rooms when i got there and rooms were across hall from each other! This is a big deal for a big family needing to be close together, when calling customer service he couldn't even own the call because he said reservations are just "requests" not guaranteed. i needed a supervisor. well had I know that I would have gone somewhere else.... to much to wait... read more
