Typically we love toddler time at Sky Zone and attend frequently. The majority of the staff is very welcoming and forgiving with toddlers acting like...toddlers. We've never had any issues before. Today was a far different experience and my toddler and I both left in tears. A tall skrawny enforcer/employee with blonde curly hair was constantly on top of us to the point it felt like we were being harassed. They put up a link to buy tickets for an event and then the tickets aren't valid. Thought I got my refund to then buy more tickets to find out they never processed my return and want me to give a card number again to do it again! They "called me back" to tell me yet never even called to inform me a refund wasn't processed correctly! Never buying tickets again!
I have been to Sky Zone 6-7 times with 4-7 girls every time. I wish there was a discount based on attendance. I have spent alot of money in the last 3 months. The granddaughters love being there and it is well run.
We use to love to go to the special friends night but now with all the changes it seems they want less people to attend, nothing should ever be scheduled on a Sunday.
We went to jump and was hoping our family could jump together but the rule has not changed. We were so disappointed. We will not pay to go again until we know for sure this has changed.
Was there on 4/29/2016 and the same rules. My 3 yo was on the completely opposite side of the complex and we couldn't jump as a family. It wasn't busy. I was told so many times of things I couldn't do that it wasn't fun for our family. There needs to be a family jump area! I was very disappointed with the whole ordeal.
My daughter and her cousin liked it it was her birthday and they enjoyed there self so I would suggest this place for a party anytime
