Its all fun and games till your wife goes to a work out class there and severely hurts her knee. The "instructor" couldn't even show people how to do the exercise properly because she's was pregnant. I understand jump at your own risk but if you can't get people to teach the proper way to do the exercise, then maybe you shouldn't be "teaching" the class.
My 11yr old daughter and 12 yr old really enjoy SkyZone! My 15 yr old daughter doesn't like it. I believe that they need to think of a way to get the older teens involved
Awful awful awful!! To many injuries including my son he broke his leg back in May and he is now finally back to him self very dangerous!!
