Just thinking of the name Sky zone makes me want to chop both of my legs off, just so I have a reason to never go. Take the money you're gonna spend there and put it towards buying your own trampoline. They expect little kids to jump in one square and stay in that one square. Policy changes have been considered, according to one employee, but no amount of policy changes will make me want to go back.
seriously disappointed! we've been to a couple different skyzones down by indy... this was the first time at the one in Ft Wayne. Will probably never be back. Absolutely do not like the seperation that they've done with the main court. We go as a family, we'd like to jump as a family. My husband and I didnt spend hardly any time on the trampolines because we refused to be jumping at the other end of the court than our youngest. I will NEVER come back. I brought in my family who were visiting from out of town to have some fun for all ages. Our youngest was only year and half. Unbelievably that you charge the same for all ages. Mama can't jump in toddler section and toddler can't jump in mama section!! What a joke! Also, your staff is rude and just walked away when we asked why we had to pay full price for a baby, you make anyone who needs the waiver get out of line to complete one AND you force everyone to wear only your socks!! Came here with my family and didn't even get the opportunity to jump. We will NEVER be back! Spent over an hour on the website trying to book tickets and website was not working. Then we went there to find out that my ONE year old is the same price as me but I can't jump in his zone and he can't jump in my zone! I can't believe yall honestly expect a ONE year old to be priced the same as an adult.. that's just absurd! He didn't even know where he was at. Horrible front desk service. No good customer srv
Will never go back to this location! They would not accept a waiver for one of the kids we took because it was the old one, um, hello, we got it off the website, told us 2 words had changed, 2 words!! Omg that's just terrible! That's what managers are for, is to have plans in place for instances such as this. This place would be great, but poor management and rudeness among staff takes the fun away. Its funny because I know the CEO would not be happy with this location after seeing this company featured on Undercover Boss. We had both of our son's birthdays there the last 2 years, but this is definitely the last time! After spending over $1000 you would think you would be a valued customer.
