Extremely horrible experience. I'm not one to write a bad review, actually I believe this will be my first time doing so. As a business owner here in Fort Wayne, I was beyond disappointed in the customer service at this facility. Probably the worst I have ever seen. I went to sky zone for a birthday party that my daughter was invited to. The time given in the party room seemed far too short for pizza, cake, ice cream and opening of presents. Im not the kind of person to give a bad review but I have a major problem with this establishment. My wife and my special needs son came in on 3-9-14 to play. The cashier sold my son a ticket they waited an hour in line and when there turn comes up the employee tells my wife she cannot go with him without buying a ticket. Ok! No problem I'll buy a ticket sais my wife. Well they wouldn't sell her a ticket because the TIME allready started. So we asked for a refund.
