Very unsatisfied customer! Jumped for 15 mins paid for an hour didn't want to jump next to a whole bunch of people and was told we couldnt jump on the open side instead of getting someone else to watch she says she couldnt watch all of it, seems lazy to me. Then the manager is very unprofessional and wouldn't refund our money back. Then offered us passes but kept asking dumb questions pushing our buttons making us more upset, then ask us to leave without anything!
