Too monitored, it's okay to let the kids let loose
I Booked a birthday party for my 7year old and from the customer service person who booked the party to the party day and our party hostess was A+ service.
Kids like it but way over priced and most of the employees are very rude well they are mostly 21 and under
Terrible service! Over priced, had my daughters bday party, completely unorganized!
Not a place for some Autistic children, employees need to be told that the kids in the party are Autistic and to understand what Autism is,my Autistic grandson isn't into it

Waste of money! Overpriced. This place is not for small kids whatsoever. It's very hard to tell a small child to stay on one square and jump. We traveled 5 hours to visit family and thought this was a great idea for the kids. Big mistake!!! I understand the rules and the safety. Do you really expect a parent to jump so hard that it harms their child! I couldn't even stand on the same square as him. My advice is to tell everyone the rules prior to wasting their money.
