I have been to sky zone in different areas and it was fun. This place is the exact opposite of that. I have a 2 year who was kind of apprehensive about jumping without me, so I know that I cannot be on the same mat as him so I went 2 mats away to show him how to do it. Immediately a guy comes over and says that I can't jump in this area, it is designated a B area for younger kids. Book a birthday party and right from the start they got it wrong , charged me to much , let people in our private jump who didn't belong , cussed at my kids , only thing that was good was our pizza and servers Will NEVER book a party there again
Absolutely horrible. Not a very good experience for my family!
I wouldn't know, I brought my granddaughters, and was told, because I didn't have legal custody, they weren't allowed to jump. They were heartbroken.
Lines too long at check in (around 15 mins), parents can't help toddlers jump on their trampolines and need to stay on the side . Clean and fun for kids 5 and older.
Still getting some of the kinks out. But the children really enjoy themselves!
I don't mind paying the price if it's a decent place. I have a 4 year old and a 5 year old. We purposely didn't go to the toddler time because I read that adults weren't allowed on the trampolines then with their kids. My son is mildly autistic and I wanted to make sure I could be near him to help keep him in line. There were hardly any other people there at 10am on a Saturday morning. The customer service is horrendous. The manager is equally as unprofessional and disagreeable. Had we not already, regrettably, purchased tickets online (as instructed to so over the phone by staff) we would not be patronizing this business.
