HORRIBLE! This place is a scam! I had my sons birthday party there yesterday. NEVER will I give this place another penny! We had a jump time of a hour and a half. When they "sell you" the package they say unlimited drinks. After a good 30 minutes of jumping I had half the kids in my party saying they are thirsty. Fair enough they've been jumping. Terrible, I would not recommend anyone to this location.. the kids working are unfriendly and rude...waste of time and money..my 8 year old daughter was so limited to what she could do she wanted to leave after 15 minutes of being here...pathetic and disappointed beyond beleif
Employees rude and won't help you out if you get your foot stuck on a bar and laugh at you and mock you.
Can't say I was very impressed. We went to a birthday party there and the girls who were all exactly the same age had a good time, I guess, jumping in their little squares over by themselves. But the younger siblings that came were not allowed to jump in a square near them even though they didn't get anywhere near each other and parents couldn't go out with the younger kids and help them. If you know there are kids who are shy, that won't go out by themselves and jump off across the room without a parent or an older sibling.... read more
Took our teenagers there from our church. Total of 14. On SkyZone website, it says they have "All you can jump " on Fridays from 8pm-11pm. Paid for everything online and come to find out when we get there, our tickets were only till 10pm. My husband talked to a manager and she would do nothing to fix the situation. She continued to say we would have to pay for an extra hour if we wanted to jump till 11pm. If it says something on your website, don't you think that should be honored? Unorganized and over priced. Very disappointed we took our children there yesterday and paid for an hour for each, after half an hour they were trying to tell them their time was up. Once that was figured out they had to wait in line to jump again. Workers were rude and didnt know what was going on. I would not recomend this place to anyone.
First we had parent pass and regular passes with my bfs 2year old. We got yelled at many times if we showed the 2year old how to jump. If we stepped 1toe on the tramp where our kid was we got yelled at. If he took a 5second breather he got told to keep jumping. He had to stay in the one square...hes 2 what 2year old is going to stay in one spot for a long period of time. Siblings cant even jump together!? Stupid!
