This place stinks, its insanely regulated to the point that its no fun. They gave me 5 free passes and i threw them in the garbage
The employees are not very friendly- yelling at my 2 year old because she won't stay in her section -my 8 year old sat down for a second and they ordered her to stand back up-we won't be back for a very long time
I have never been at a more unorganized place for a birthday party. The first hour while the kids jump u have to "find a table" to sit and wait. And then once u do get your room after the hour of jumping or waiting...only 36 people can fit in the room?! What kind of joke is this place??? I would NEVER recommend this place for any kind of party.
I'd have given half a star if I could have! Very disappointing! 2 jumping areas were closed due to short staffing. I know they were short staffed as the employees talked about it. 1 person only to check in a huge line of people. Was told at the front desk I needed a parent pass. I asked if that allowed me to jump with my kids, was told yes. Then was told no I could only wear socks and watch or stand next too my kids. The way that the managers treat the staff working from open to close without a break and even having a medical condition like diabetes doesn't seem to matter to them. They only want to maximize profit and enforce silly rules that drive away customers.
They don't even deserve one star. HORRIBLE experience! Not a place to take a toddler cus the workers and the establishment are both not toddler friendly and the management was VERY rude. We will never go back.
Can't say I appreciate the young "adults" working there that clearly don't know how young children work. My toddler was crying on her mat and i stepped on it to pick her up and got a lecture about how my parent pass doesn't allow me to step on the trampolines. I'm sorry but if my less than 2 year old is crying in the middle of the mat, I am most certainly going to pick her up regardless if I step on your trampoline. Rude staff, was there for a party, didn't inform me I needed a special color sticker. They did refund my money though.
