No issues, all contact was thru deal ship but it was fast and repair was done in a timely manner.
Have had two repairs recently that required involvement wwith SmartAuto. My repair shop (Auto Works of ******* - 5 stars) made contact with SmartAuto per procedure. First incident took some time to resolve as we had to agree that a valve is not a hose. Car was tied up for nearly a week arguing it out. SmartAuto supervisor finally consented and car was repaired. Great service no setbacks or messy paperwork. My claim was accepted immediately.
The first time there was a claim it took 2 months to repair my vehicle. Maybe the dealer kept finding things that needed fixing. The second time I brought my car in it took 5 days to repair and the claim to be paid. In all they paid over $7000 to fix my car which I am very happy about. My car runs great now.
We've been very happy with service provided by Auto Smart. Only negative is that it takes some time for a repair facility to call for authorization. But once contact is made process is pretty seamless.
I received excellent service. I called on Friday and had an appointment for Monday. I have a specialty automobile. It took ********* one week to get a tire; here they had the tire the next working day. Amazing! This is now my go-to place!
I was very happy with my service this time. Everything was done timely and efficiently. In a previous claim, it took too long for an inspection to be done. But overall I am happy with the company and its service.
I apologize not to leave a review because I dont know whether I am leaving a review for the BBB or owner shield. I appreciate how easy it was for meto voice my concerns to the BBB even if nothing happens in my favor, I just appreciate being able to let someone else know so that my thoughts about this owner shield/SKY protection is a big scam they make you pay all this money and then when you take vehicle, the claims department finds a reason not to fix your vehicle but if this is BBB review I get five star just for appreciat... read more
