I would give this warranty service a zero star I could I purchased a warranty with the dealership that I bought the truck from, but the warranty they provide doesnt cover the current hourly rate for a service technician. If you get this warranty expect to have to pay out-of-pocket for the difference. Fortunately, for me the dealership honored the warranty and took care of the difference for me, but I have to drive an hour and a half to stewardship to get this discount. Absolutely the worst organization I have ever had to deal with. Would love to leave a - 5 stars. They don't have to honor a legitimate claim if they leave repair facilities on hold for 45 minutes and they give up. They have lied to me on several occasions, and are refusing to honor portions of their rental car contract, even though it is their incompetence and lack of customer service that extended the time a rental was required. This place is ridiculous. Blown out tire. Late Friday afternoon. Two places I called (my car dealership and a well known discount tire chain) flat out refused to work with them. Refused. I finally found a place that was willing to try AND had my tire. They were told it could take a few hours to get approval. It is now 5pm on a Friday, the tire shop closes at 6pm. I wish I could give this company -5 stars! This is by far the worst extended warranty company my repair shop has ever worked it. Took 45 minutes to get through on the phone only for them to have me call another number to start a claim. I had a warranty through smart auto care and needed to replace the engine on a 2010 Chevy Silverado. The amount of time to get through or to get a reply from a representative with smart auto care, was extremely difficult. This company will not honor warranty claim of a known issue with engine being worked on. Claim was rejected for owner changing his own oil. Ask to see a contract for the warranty and was never given one. Never buying extended warranty again. Very disappointed in their business ethics.

I paided $2,500 for this vehicle service agreement in 2017. I was told that my vehicle would be covered if I needed repairs done after my factory warranty ran out.
