There seems to be a trend with reviews for this company. Mine is no different. I had my certified Honda dealer send in all requested pictures and information about my tire and banged up rims. The dealership said we don't like calling smart autocare they just go around with us and make it very difficult to fix the cars. I called a second dealership and was again given the exact same explanation. I called this company about a chip and crack in the windshield and followed all the necessary steps. I used there specific company to get it fixed. They told me it couldn't be repaired so it had to be replaced and of course I would be reimbursed for the money I had to pay. Well I paid $800 for my windshield and they are reimbursing me $59.00 because they don't cover replacements only repairs.
