I bought this simply because I was buying a used VW, I have had great luck in the past, this is my 4th but when the A/C goes out, its a $2,300.00 repair. So I figured one repair will pay for the policy, and that has remained true. I have had to use this policy three times and they have paid on the spot each time. A passage side mirror was replaced twice, it would not defrost and the serpentine belt was replaced when a newly purchased when came off and a DEF injector replaced and the policy paid over $1,000.00 to my VW dealer... read more

Have their tire coverage, was easy quick claim. Tire was replaced by the dealer next day.

(Smart Autocare) They should be completely ashamed at their customer service. They will spend thousands to save hundreds, not caring if it is inconvenient, right or best for their customer. Only what is best for them. ***** first, customer second. Buyer Beware.

Nothing but a Scam!!!!! purchased the warranty for $3500 and will not pay for so called covered repair because they said it is a **** problem. Will not budge or work with you. Biggest rip off ever! I cant believe this place can be in business.

I have a *** optima 2016 Lx model. I took my car to *** dealership to get it fixed because in the contact they prefer if you use manufacture parts and it stated they will pay for the parts. They took 6 days to get the approval for the part needed suspension crossmember and struts. They paid less than 80% on the parts and didn't pay for the entire labor. This company is terrible. They thrive on malicious behavior of misleading customers. When I purchased this plan, the representative lied about everything that was covered! This Company is worse than car, shield, manipulative, malicious, and deceptive! This company is a company that takes advantage of small people by using hidden disclosures. One supervisor told me they would give me a refund when I called back. They told me that Person didnt exist.

I would give 0 stars if possible. This warranty company decided to send an investigator out after computer diagnostics revealed the issue was the vvt solenoids. The car was towed to the mechanic on a Wednesday. Thursday afternoon the investigator appears and stated in his report 4 days later computer diagnostics is wrong. He states the issue is a bad crankshaft sensor. This sensor is replaced, and unsurprising the car is still not fixed diagnostics reveal again the same code bad vvt solenoids. Would leave a 0 if possible. The worst run around and unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. I have been without a vehicle for a month, it took over 2 weeks for them to get back to me for repairs, and then another two weeks of ghosting calls from myself and the dealership with no approval for repairs. They approved the timing chain and according to the dealership it needs a new oil pump otherwise it will break again in a matter of weeks due to not lining up. Terrible service, exploitative and even fraudulent. Unnecessary delays, while the company attempted to avoid paying for repairs specifically spelled out in the contract. I will think twice about purchasing another warranty policy with this firm. I thought I was purchasing the warranty from AAA, but apparently not.... Something is not right here.
