Excellent first experience using Smart AutoCare! I went to ******************** for an interval service at 48K miles, they contacted Smart AutoCare for a quick approval of the things required for repair, and we were all sorted in just a couple short days.VERY impressed!
This was a Great Experience. The dealership communicated with the dealership to work the plan coverage. And my issues were addressed and taken care of with less stress because of the knowledge on both ends.
No hassle what so ever and very quickly. Everything handled directly with the repair facility.
So far they have covered almost everything my mechanic has requested. I bought a used 2015 cherokee unlimited and 1 week after buying it I started having small things go wrong. They covered what the dealer wouldn't. I've had my jeep 10 months now and I've already had it in the shop 5 times, this company paid for just about every thing minus my $100.00 copay each time.
