I nver buy extended warranty's but I am glad I did, this company has been nothing but awesome since owning the said car under coverage. Appreciate all that they do!

First I want to say thank you for taking care of the repair on my Cadillac CT6. I had a nice experience and they paid the day my car was fixed because the dealer was not going to allow me to take my car until payment was in full. Its hard when you are trying to take care of your car and dealers are expensive and going up on their rates due to their taxes going up among other things. I did have to pay additional for the Cadillac part because I was told Smart **** care would not pay for gm parts if other parts are available. S... read more

Had an ac issue on a used car. They found the leak and replaced the hose same day. No cost .

I had no issues with this company, the repair shop handled all communication. All I had to do is pay my deductible.

It was surprising to read all the reviews; I bought the warranty for my *** which was having issues with the hydraulic suspension; the owner of the shop was taking care of my car; he confirmed the extended warranty paid for everything; I saved $600 just paid the deductible; the only thing is that Smart auto care took Two days responding; that would be my only complain; they're slow

I have their ********** insurance. Hit a pothole and needed a new tire. They paid promptly with no issues. The only problem was the wait time on the phone to get in touch with a person and then to get an approval. Total phone time for the process was 25+ minutes.

I bought this simply because I was buying a used VW, I have had great luck in the past, this is my 4th but when the A/C goes out, its a $2,300.00 repair. So I figured one repair will pay for the policy, and that has remained true. I have had to use this policy three times and they have paid on the spot each time. A passage side mirror was replaced twice, it would not defrost and the serpentine belt was replaced when a newly purchased when came off and a DEF injector replaced and the policy paid over $1,000.00 to my VW dealer... read more

Have their tire coverage, was easy quick claim. Tire was replaced by the dealer next day.
