Verified Renter Nice and cozy apartments. It felt very private even when living a couple of feet away from green street and some colleges/departments of the university. At times the service sucked. It took 3 days for them to fix some broken drawers. I know it is common but I hate the fact that we had to pay for laundry and that there was just 1 washer and dryer for the whole building. but overall it has been a good experience living there 1.5 years.

Our building is very small and in Urbana so it feels much more like a home, the rent is very reasonable, and the maintenance is EXTREMELY quick and responsive! The only issue we have had is with a leak from a sprinkler outside; when we called maintenance, apparently the problem has to do with some pipes that are only accessible through the inner walls of our apartment.
