Verified Renter Maintenance needs a big improvement. Complaints need to be attended quickly. Apartment rent is too expensive. Electricity bill generally too high in the winter mostly because apts doesn't have proper insulation

I love being able to work out whenever I want and the equipment is always clean and in good condition. The coworking spaces are also a huge plus for me, as I can get work done without having to leave my building. And let's not forget about the micro market! Verified Renter Overview, my experience has been neutral. My unit upon arrival was extremely dirty and had leaks and mold in the bathroom and around my AC unit. I recently had another leak with my AC unit and the poor ventilation has caused my popcorn ceiling to peel due to the humidity. However, each time I submitted a maintenance request, they responded in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful. If I had gotten a better unit my experience would have been much better.
