Verified Renter The apartment that I stayed in was really spacious. Smile provides good maintenance and service. The rents are pretty affordable compared to some other rental agencies.

Verified Renter I loved the building and amenities, but I had several issues for the maintenance and they came late every time, some never came, and the person on the phone for fairlawn was extremely rude every time I called back to check on the request.

Verified Renter The location was perfect at 48 e john, close enough to the bus stops and shops all around. The only thing I would change is the laundry room, there werent enough machines for all the guests. Maintenence was excellent as they always came the day off or the next day.

Verified Renter Great apartment and location, but services could've been better - the heater was broken and charged us excess every month(most of our lease) till we requested to fix it.
